BUP Development Leader's Club (BUPDLC) was formed in April of 2019 with a view to establishing a connection between the practicing development sector and the development sector aspirants of BUP. The club aims to train the members with the soft skills required to solve the contemporary development issues. BUPDLC also plans to organize an annual showcase of current development thoughts and practices through panel discussions, case competition, essay competition, photo exhibition etc.
• To bridge the gap between academia and practice within the academic atmosphere
• To enhance the required skills of students for the practical aspects of development sector

increase the capability for leadership needed for standing out in the
development sector.
To
enable a Co-Curricular environment for students who are enthusiast about
development thoughts and practices and to prepare them as future leaders of the
Development Sector.
