Department of International Relations deals with the primary objective of enabling students analyze the political, economic and social phenomena on an international scale and reflect on the complexity of the contemporary world. The program is directed to provide a theoretical approach to current global political issues alongside guiding the students towards advanced scholarly and theoretically sophisticated study of the subject. In addition, the department focuses on raising individuals as educators, leaders and professionals in a wide variety of fields who can contribute in sectors such as, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, public and private institutions, international organizations, print and electronic media, research centers and multinational companies.
