The security cell is responsible to serve the community of Bangladesh University of Professionals by providing a safe environment in which to live, learn and grow. Security Cell train, dedicate and commit themselves to perform the mission in a manner that inspires confidence and respects the right and need of all.


The office is staffed by the “Chief Security Officer” along with 2x Assistant security officer, 2x Security supervisors, 40x Security personnel (31x Male & 9x Female), 10x Ansar, 2x Office assistant and 1x Office sohayok (Total 58).

Video Surveillance System

24 hours “Video Surveillance” system.


Manning Security “Control Room” round the clock, which functions to monitor CCTV and status of various fire, intruder, panic and lift alarms across the campus.


Comprehensive CCTV system covers all class rooms, stairs, lifts, auditorium, library, cafeteria, corridors and important areas of the campus including student halls.


Campus Safety and Security

Facility of Fire-Fighting, Bio-metric System and finding out Lost property.


Access control system through Archway and use of Metal Detector.


24 hours static duty & security patrol at BUP premises including student halls.


Committed to ensure “Drug free” Campus and zero tolerance to “Sexual Exploitation and Abuse” as well as “Religious Fundamentalism and Radicalization”.
