FMS oversee the programs offers by the affiliated medical colleges and institutes. The affiliated colleges and institutes include six Medical Colleges, two Nursing Colleges, three institutes namely Institute of Pathology, Medical Institute and Institute of Special Education and Research. The Faculty of Medical Science encourages to carry out research and to assist researcher on medical science society so that the society, community and country can harvest the best from this humane endeavour.

FMS has been running a professional master’s program on Public Health since July, 2022.
