Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) started as Faculty of Technical and Engineering Studies (FTES) in 2012. It took its present name in 2014. Brigadier General Md Mustafa Kamal, SGP is the present Dean of the faculty. Currently, there are three departments offering B. Sc. /Engineering programs under this faculty. Department of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) commenced in 2015. Department of Environmental Science (ES) commenced in 2017. Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) Department has been commenced in 2022 under this faculty. The Department of ICT offers one regular master’s program named master’s in information and communication Engineering (MICE) and one self-financed professional master’s program named master’s in information and communication Technology (MICT). Department of CSE offer one self-financed professional master’s program named master’s in information system security (MISS).
