Biography

Ishrat Jahan Promi is a Lecturer in the Department of Mass Communication and Journalism at Bangladesh University of Professionals. She achieved academic excellence, securing 2nd and 3rd positions in her BSS and MSS programs, respectively, from the prestigious University of Dhaka. Previously, she served as a Lecturer at the Canadian University of Bangladesh. Additionally, Ishrat has industry experience as a communication executive at an esteemed Public Relation Agency, which enriches her teaching with practical insights. She is also a recipient of the highly esteemed Sitara Parveen Award, recognizing her significant contributions to the field.
