Biography

Jannateen Naoar Siena, daughter of  W/O Md. Ilyas Miah (Rtd.) & Mahmuda Akter Jobeda was born on 28th March, 1999 in Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Dhaka Cantonment, Dhaka - 1206. She has Completed both her Graduation & Post Graduation from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP), major in Public Administration securing 3.80 in Hons (1st class 2nd ) & 3.94 in Masters (1st class 2nd ) out of the scale of 4.00. Her academic achievements reflects her diligence, endurance & perseverance. She has been awarded 6 Dean's Letter of Appreciation for her excellent academic performance along with 6 merit scholarships from BUP.
At present she has joined as a lecturer in the Department of Public Administration. She is an enthusiastic learner who has profound interest in research. Till now, two of her research articles has been published in the international journals. Other than research she has a strong passion for writing. Her writings has been published in the BUP magazine - Cadence 2022, Cadence - 2023 & PA Canvas (2025) - the departmental magazine of Public Administration.
