On 2 September 2026, the respected Dean of the Faculty of Business Studies (FBS), Brigadier General Md. Aminul Akbar Khan, awc, afwc, psc, MPhil, conducted an interactive session with the students of the Department of Accounting and Information Systems (AIS) at the Bijoy Auditorium. The session focused on the responsibility of accounting graduates in shaping their careers and contributing meaningfully to society.

During the session, the Dean spoke about how accounting graduates can reach new heights by staying committed to their hopes and dreams. He encouraged the students to reflect on what concrete steps they are taking to accomplish their goals, stressing that ambition must be paired with consistent effort, discipline, and clarity of purpose. He noted that a career in accounting carries significant responsibility, as graduates go on to safeguard the financial integrity of organizations and, by extension, the trust of the wider public. Emphasizing the importance of professionalism and self-development, he advised the students to pursue their academic and professional journeys with honesty, dedication, and a clear sense of direction. The Chairman of the Department, faculty members, and students of the Department of Accounting and Information Systems were present at the session.
