The Final Round and Prize Giving Ceremony of ‘Advent HR 4.0’ was held on 09 July 2025 at Radisson Blu, Dhaka. The ‘Advent HR – 4.0’ was organized by Human Resources and Leadership Club (HRLC) under the supervision of the Department of Business Administration in Management Studies, FBS, Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). The competition was organized with a view to identify and nurture the next generation of HR leaders by challenging university students with realworld human resource scenarios. The event was sponsored by Bangladesh Machine Tools Factory (BMTF), powered by Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and co-powered by Synesis IT PLC, Epyllion Group.

In the competition, total 216 teams from more than 30 reputed universities in Bangladesh participated, and the top 6 teams qualified for the final round. In the final round, Team ‘One One Seven’ from Dhaka University became the champion, Team ‘Centaurs’ from Bangladesh University of Professionals became the 1st runner-up, and Team ‘Onek Gorom’ from Bangladesh University of Professionals became the 2nd runner-up.

BUP high officials, sponsors, faculty members, participants, and invited guests were also present at the programme.
