As a part of the Introduction to Social Research: Qualitative Methodology (PA-3522) was conducted at the Bangladesh Academy for Rural Development (BARD), Cumilla, from 31^st August to 4^th September 2025. The training was designed to enhance the research skills of the students of BPA 2023, currently in their 5^th semester. Accompanied by the Chairman of the Department of Public Administration Lt. Col Md. Rezaul Karim and two faculty members, Lecturer Nahin Anzum Sayed and Lecturer Meherin Ahmed Roza, a total of 43 students participated in this academic field visit. The sessions covered key components of social research, financial practices in government, and practical research tools, offering students an invaluable blend of theoretical knowledge and applied learning.

The field visit provided a meaningful opportunity for students to engage with practical research tools and techniques, deepening their understanding of financial and administrative processes in the public sector.
