Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony Between BUP and Osmani Centre for Peace and Security Studies (OCPASS)

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) and the Osmani Centre for Peace and Security Studies (OCPASS) was signed on 08 December 2025 at the VIP Lounge of BUP campus. The MoU aims at strengthening cooperation in academic, research, and administrative fields, creating opportunities for mutual exchange of knowledge and resources.
Vice Chancellor of BUP Major General Md Mahbub-ul Alam, BSP, ndc, afwc, psc, MPhil, PhD, along with other high officials of BUP and a delegation from OCPASS were present at the signing ceremony. Brigadier General Muhammad Ali Talukder, ndc, afwc, psc, MPhil, Dean, Faculty of Security and Strategic Studies, BUP and Lt Gen Mohammad Mahfuzur Rahman, rcds, ndc, afwc, psc, PhD (Retired), Chairman, OCPASS signed the agreement on behalf of their respective sides.
